Shipping Time
Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery as each mirror is handcrafted from scratch.
once payment has been made you will receive an email confirming your order, you can track your orders progress from the My Account tab.
once your order is complete you will receive another email with tracking information, delivery usually takes 1 - 2 days once dispatched.
Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, our products are shipped within 7–15 working days from the date of order. During busy periods, such as the Christmas season, or in the event of adverse weather conditions that affect our couriers, this timeframe may be extended. Please note that custom-made orders may take longer to ship.
Large items are shipped via our Freight network. While we can arrange delivery on weekdays, the freight company will provide a delivery window between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. A signature is required upon delivery, and in some cases, items may be delivered on a pallet to the nearest accessible point at your delivery address. To ensure smooth delivery, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery day and provide your contact details to the driver.
Please note that if a delivery is missed or rescheduled due to issues caused by the courier or freight company, any additional charges incurred will be passed on to the customer.
To help with delivery, please provide both a landline and mobile phone number when placing your order.
For a smooth experience, we recommend scheduling delivery before booking fitters, builders, or other contractors, as we cannot coordinate deliveries with them.
Returns & Refund Policy
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note, we do not arrange returns for items shipped internationally.
Once your return is shipped, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your refund, minus any original delivery charges. In many cases, refunds will be processed more quickly. The refund timeline includes the shipping time for us to receive your return (5–7 business days), our processing time (3–5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days).
To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to "Complete Orders" under the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
Damaged Goods:
If your item arrives damaged, please report it by email with photos within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement within 7 days. Keep in mind that our products are made from natural wood, so each piece may have unique grain patterns, making every item distinct.
Return Packaging:
When returning items, please ensure they are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. The return shipment should also be fully insured by the courier. If items are returned with inadequate packaging and sustain damage, you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
